We have been busy behind the scenes putting together the programme for the 3rd International Basestation Conference and our discussions with many of you suggest that the industry is particularly vibrant at this time. There is accelerated roll out of 3G and upgrades to higher speed services, growing take up of WiMAX for fixed and more recently mobile deployments, a rush of interest and jockeying for position in mobile broadcast solutions, and exciting new architectures and technologies emerging to support cost effective multi-element antenna (MIMO) solutions. We would encourage you to take a look at the draft programme and let us know how you can participate to make this conference the best yet. |
